Before requesting help
- Confirm that you are on upgrader.pro.
- Note the approximate time, action and visible status.
- Keep any transaction or trade reference shown in your account.
- Take a screenshot that does not expose passwords, two-factor codes or recovery information.
- Use the support options available inside your Upgrader.pro account.
Promo-code issue
Re-enter the selected code—HELLAGOOD, HELLA or CSGOTOTEM—without spaces and confirm whether it is accepted before completing an eligible top-up. If the campaign is not shown, do not assume the bonus will be added later.
Steam trade issue
Do not approve a trade when the item, recipient or direction differs from what you expected. Cancel the action and return to your Upgrader.pro account. Ignore private messages offering to “unlock,” “verify” or “reverse” a trade.
Balance or item status issue
Avoid repeating the same payment or transfer immediately. Check the account history and allow the displayed process to complete. Duplicate actions can make troubleshooting more difficult.
Security issue
If you entered credentials on a suspicious page, secure your Steam account through Steam’s official recovery and security options. Review active sessions, change credentials and revoke access you do not recognize.
Information that helps support
Provide the account identifier visible in your Upgrader.pro account, approximate time, transaction or trade reference, selected item and a description of the expected versus visible result. Screenshots can help when they do not reveal sensitive credentials.
Information you should never send
- Steam password or email password.
- Two-factor authentication or recovery codes.
- Full payment-card details.
- API keys, browser session files or remote-access permission.
- A trade made only to “prove ownership” to a person contacting you privately.
We troubleshoot with transaction references and visible account information. Treat anyone requesting secret credentials or an unrelated trade as suspicious.
